I just saw Marvelous3 play here in WashingtonDC on the 4th of July. Interesting they opened the show by playing from the Gold Exp CD "Pussy Control"! Then later M3 did a quick cover of "Rasberry Beret." Then while doing a sorta rock-n-roll medley for the 4th of July celebration played some of Purple Rain. Later I met the guys in Marvelous3 and asked the lead singer,Butch, if he likes Prince! He responded "Oh yea, I love all of Prince's stuff." PLUS: he related that he sometimes likes to wear a Prince t-shirt on stage.. Well after meeting these guys I like the "FREAKS of the WEEK" even more!
