pardon my ignorance, but how can anyone who has not joined the NPGMC order it by phone when the message clearly states "is now available 2 all the members of the NPG Music Club."

it still seems membership is a requirement even by phone.

I was having trouble ordering NEWS on the NPGMC site so I called that 1-877 # and was able to get the Cd without stating I was a NPGMC member. It cost $10.00 w/ $4.00 shipping in the USA. Not only did I order it well after the release date, I also received it relatively soon. It's been a couple of weeks since I've had it.

NEWS iS available on Amazon for $16.95. Will it be cheaper commercially released?
