Twas The Week Before ThanksGiving and Yes I have Prince to Be thankful for;
After an Amazing Performance at the State Theatre, Prince and The NPG, rushed
Over to A Fancy Restaurant, and found a dozen or so, New Power Fams acting as
Fans,Trying to get a sneak peak of His Royal Badness as he entered the
Restaurant; but after a half hour of stalling, Prince decided not to Enter,
One Fan, was so eager to get a glimpse of him, she Teased "Arron"-The head of
Prince's Security, w/ Cartwheels in the middle of the street and even
offering Prince a Sneakerbar, Arron shook his head No and Laughed it off, The
Tour Bus began to pull off, we all decided to follow again, this time to the
club "PURE" which is this new Studio 54 Mini-styled club w/ all Lifestyles
Getting their groove on...Really Interesting, Anyways it was $20 at the door
and the VIP area where Prince was being Interviewed was $50 and I wasn't
about to sit downstairs and miss all the action,so I decided to cough up
$50(no matter how much that hurt my pocket just to get a glance of Prince LiL
fine AZZ) Sure enough there he was w/ the NPG Kickin it w/ an Unknown
Interviewer, I didnt hear all,(because the New Funk was Exploding from the
House speakers) but just enough to be considered "Candy" to my ears, I heard
he's getting ready to Release a New Record "Rave In2" I Heard the Interviewer
repeat to it him and he said Yes! ;Apparently Prince has been Working out a deal w/ An Internet Company (Possibly AOL) To promote "Rave", just as Steven
King sold a Million copies over the Internet;Prince Will also have that
Opportunity very soon, By getting his website Out there to the General
Public! He plans To Start a Major Tour In Mid January of Larger Venues and
Perform New Material from the Upcoming Project, which will also be his Sign O
times 2000, meaning he will accompany the Concert w/ the Film and Record,
plus theres possibly a Project that will feature the New track w/ Angie
Stone, which is getting Heavy Rotation here in Detroit on 105.9Jamz, well I
couldn't really find out More, Thou Mr. Hayes and Kip were looking Great as
always, Geneva whose also a Fine Dancer and very Pretty, doesn't appear as
his Girlfriend, because she didnt even ride in the Tour Bus w/ him, she was
actually in the van w/ The rest of the NPG!



The DJ played alot of older Prince Hits and even Rave Material like the Title
trk ,"Adam and Eve Remix"& "Hot wit U"...Prince had on a Blk Scarf, w/ a
Fuzzy Purple Jacket that looked Like the same Jacket from His "Come On"
Performance on Jay Leno A few years ago...and was very anti-social, well lets
just say he was really quite and just checking out the place! Prince stayed
for only an Hour and a Half, OMG!!! there was a few Women who weren't dressed
right!, One was really a Mess, w/ a blk mini skirt and bra-like top w/ plenty of stomach rolls for a bread factory...as soon as the spotlight sited her,
the entire crowd seemed to have come to a hush, Girl was nasty!!!anyways LOL
It was a Fun and Exciting night! And I can't waite for this 2 1/2 hour drive
We'll have to make for his Grand Rapids show on Sunday, but I'm sure it will
