After seeing quite a few prince shows over the years, I can say that this
was one of the best. The mood created by Najee was almost surrealThe
greatest sets, with the best selections. As a fan of the Man for over 20
years, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of enthusiasm of the crowd
(you duds were at a Prince concert, not an opera show!!!).



Went to the after-party at Brave New World. Although I stuck out like a
sore thumb, being the skinny white boy that I am, I felt at home with all
the other fans who attended. The after-party brought back memories of
the D.C. after-party at the 9:30 Club a few years ago. I just wish
Prince would have played a few sets at this one.



The only thing that would have made the night better is if Prince were a
little more visible at the after-party. He has nothing to hide from but
appreciation for what he is and what he has done for all of us.
