The latest Zima commercial where 3 guys are chilling in the living room one guy, (light complextion - maybe black) is dancing. Then they are playing video games. At that point his cell phone rings he looks at the image on the phone and it's Mayte. It is but a few seconds but for the number of times I have seen this commercial...I am sure that it is her. For some reason, on our independent channel, it runs 3 - 4 times in 22 time slot. Check it out if you can...and let us know. If ya got Tivo freeze it and check it.

It seems to me that some of you are too hard on Mayte. You have to remember how young and vulnerable she was when she met Prince. Stop for a minute and imagine what that must've been like to have to act as though nothing was wrong. That poor girl was in agony over the loss of her baby and she has never been able to talk about it openly. I'm sure she can talk to her friends etc, but to have to sit in an interview and not be able to react when asked about it, that must've been very hard on her. I realize that I do not know the real story behind their relationship, but I would place my money on the fact that their breakup was his fault and his whacky religious beliefs and his infidelities played a huge part. She was his trophy, not his wife and that's just plain sad. I think he probably realizes that now, but it's too late.

MY STATEMENT NOW: Firstly it wasn't to offend you or criticize you for your comment on a person being black or light complexion...because my point was taken out of content...what point I tried to get across was that a person whose of the blk race can be either light skin or drk skin or in b/t...blks range from albino to chocalate complexions, so what I was saying to you...is because someone is light complexion, does that not make them blk???

I know all about the different shades in my ppl and the pride we take in Brown as latins and how my statement wasn't meant to offend or come off ignorant...it was meant to explain that a person High yellow or drk skin can still be considered the same race...and yes I know this, its not only in the blk race, but hispanic, greek, egyptian, brazilian, or whatever else and as far as I'm concerned...Brazilians and Egyptians are just the same as Blks are, because they are also a product of afro-heritage and blood.
