SonicNet reports on the deposition postponement

From SonicNet's Music News of the World (http://www.sonicnet.com/news/):

A court deposition of The Artist formerly known as Prince scheduled for Friday (June 25) was postponed because of scheduling conflicts, according to a lawyer for Uptown magazine. The Artist sued the Swedish fanzine in federal court in New York in February, claiming in part that Uptown violated his copyright and trademark by publishing the unpronounceable symbol that serves as the ex-Prince's name. Alex Hahn, an American lawyer for Uptown, also said Friday that the musician is balking at efforts to videotape the deposition. Representatives for The Artist did not immediately return calls for comment.
