Monday's(30/10/2000) edition of the Sydney Morning Herald
mentioned that due the the huge recent fall in the value of the Australian $$$, a number of International acts "....have been effectively priced out of a Tour for the time being including Bette Midler(???), U2 , and Prince."
On the first(and last??) Australian Tour in 1992 the Sydney concert at the SCG in front of 55,000 ended with fireworks which spelt "Thank You Australia, We Will be Back"....still waiting!!! Everyone enjoy the tour and look forward to those reports!!
