I was under the impression that v.i.p. tickets were only available over the phone and at the box office,
I guess that's not the case. I was 10th in line and when I went to purchase my tickets ALL all floor seats had already been taken on the internet.
This is not a complaint, just a word of caution.


[Editor's note: None of the media sources specifically mentioned Internet sales, but it's a fair assumption that any tickets sold over the phone will also be sold online (Tickermaster no longer waits an extra day to sell tickets through their Website.) I'm personally uneasy about buying tickets online right when they go onsale, because the load on the server might slow it to a crawl. Also, I wouldn't try it from my 56K dialup connection at home. - MWC.]

Editor's update: I did a little investigating, and determined that this concert has some VIP seats which are not on the floor. Check the seating chart (http://www.ticketmaster.com/venue/ATL/13/seat0.html) if you're unsure where your seat is.



Also, the VIP tickets have apparently sold out (at least, Ticketmaster says there are currently none available). I couldn't even find any scattered singles. - MWC
