"Sheila E. will chat with the members of the NPG Music Club Wednesday, May 21 at 5pm U.S. Central Time in the Conference Room. Each member will take a turn asking one question. And we will go by the order of names in the window 2 the right of the chatroom. Upon entering, please wait ur turn 2 speak."

Funny how I never got the email announcing the Sheila E chat.

But on the positive side, I did hear about it through word of mouth, so I was able to participate. The chat with Sheila went great, she was very sweet and polite answering everyone's questions.

It's a shame that the chat only lasted for an hour, since there were many people in the chatroom and not everyone got the chance to ask Sheila a question. But it was a lot of fun, very enjoyable! I hope we get the opportunity to chat with Sheila again in the near future.

I was surprised that she couldn't answer any of my questions about the inspiration behind 'The Belle of Saint Mark'. If I didn't know better, I'd suspect she didn't even write it herself!
