In the recent issue of "People" magazine (Sarah Jessica Parker on cover)
there is a lovely picture of Sheila E. from the Latin Grammys awards. And
sorry I don't have the article in front of me but I believe
she is quoted as saying, "It's about time" or "a long
time coming" regarding having an award show for Latin music.
