eh??? do you SERIOUSLY think prince is any more stable?? just 'cause he's never ADMITTED to drug use... (and besides, there are many other ways to be unstable).
it sounds just like prince to tell someone's friend something. he talks "at, around, through", by his own admission. this was during the tora tora days, remember, the early  days, the slave days...

On one of the Tonight Show Appearances, Prince talks of how he pulled a prank on Lawernce (getting Lawrence really bad seats to one of his shows) because Lawrence wouldn't tell him anything about the plot of "The Matrix ReLoaded." Wasnt it the plot to "The Matrix"? Not the Matrix Reloaded... oh well, in any sense you are right NBJ.  Prince referred to it being the plot to "The Matrix", but its obvious he's referring to the sequel, since the concert he was talking about occurred during the filming of "Reloaded" & "Revolutions". Hope that clears things up. Oh, and apparently Fishburne and Prince are friends. It was probably at his invite that Prince is coming, although it is possible that the Wachoskis invited him, since he's touted his love of the first film in numerous interviews.

The use or abuse of drugs doesn't have nescesarely anything to do with beieng stable or not!
do i hear moral knights complaining again? Let Nona Gaye alone... it's her life, and surely not even our smalest busyness. Prince has mentioned "The Matrix" a few times in the past, so I'm not surprised that he went to the premiere. He seems to be a big fan of the film. It parallels his style of critical thinking that "everything is not as it seems" in the world, especially the record insdustry. | |
