We are starting a new Dutch mailing list,
this one will be moderated so that "certain" people cannot change the
mood on the list such as happend on other lists,

but that is the only moderation there is, the rest will be FREE, so if U
want to know about new releases, local tourinfo, or just want to talk
about the fact that U like Chaos and Disorder MAIL US, and U will be part
of the group,

also related info will be on this list and if U have a question Just ask
and there is always someone who want to help U, ...

After a negative answer from 'well known' Bart v.H. to a simple question,
people on the [current] dutch mailing list got sick of his negativity and started a huge
mail-thread about their feelings mostly towards Bart. It got so out of hand,
the operator of the list decided to shut down the list so everybody could cool
down...

I (udo@dinges.xs4all.nl, list-owner) shut the NLML AKA afkap-mailinglist down
temporarily because of the childish, too emotional and overblown reactions to
someone asking a really silly question.
The message on the news page mentions the NPML which is a wrong name; I also
want to stress that the downtime is temporarily and that I'll do my best to
keep the NLML unmoderated (the new list is moderated) because I still think
that adult people can behave.
