I went Clubbin over the weekend w/ My Friend Ananda,who works for Mtv whose
also a good friend of PRINCE''s , When I asked her about Prince performing at
this years VMA's? she said that their trying to get him on the show, and he's
aware of it, but hasn't returned an answer yet...Keep in mind the VMA's are
Thursday Sept.7th, and will be televised Live from Radio City Music Hall,
Prince is currently out of the country and is searching for something on his
spirtiual trip to the mother land...Man is this guy "Out there", but she also
said, that they should hear from him as soon as he returns...But if Prince
was to perform on the show, she said they asked him to perform a 15 minute set
of his best Rock songs to showcase his guitar playing to the kids that he's
one of the best guitarist out there,for which he's so underrated for and a
New one from his still Untitled record coming out in the end of 2000...
This all came from the horses mouth so to speak...not me!Hope this happens!
