Music Target mention of the Larry Graham/Santana copyright dispute

From http://www.musictarget.com

Prince accuses Santana of copyright infringement

Prince has decided to take the defending of music rights in his own hands. By showing clear similarities between Larry Graham's 1973 song "People" with Santana's "Calling" from his 1999 "Supernatural" album Prince questions the copyright infringement definition. A few months back already, he directly accused Santana of putting a song of Larry Graham on his album without crediting Larry for it. Although Prince says he doesn't mean to put Santana down, he says he feels that Santana will publicly have to acknowledge that he put Larry Graham's song on his album.
