It is now confirmed :
Michael Bland and Sonny Thompson will feature on the new
record of virtuoso sax & clarinet french player Michel
Portal.



Other musicians involved will be
Tony Hymas (keyboards, great jazz pianist and ex-sideman of Jeff Beck,
Jack Bruce, Frank Sinatra, among others) and
Vernon Reid (guitar).
It's an Universal release (to be released early 2001) and
the session will take place in Minneaoplis late this summer.
