PATRONS at trendy watering hole Spa were nearly run over by Icelandic stunner Bjork on Wednesday night. The singer-cum-actress was tooling around the club's White Room on a motorized scooter, the mode of transport currently in vogue. "She was playing around, darting in and out of the crowd and laughing," recalls a spy. Luckily she didn't flatten Bono, Christy Turlington, Parker Posey or Mayte Garcia, who was partying sans Prince.
