I don't know whether or not this has been posted yet, but I thought it's worth mentioning...



I read this in next week's Dutch tv guide Vara tv magazine: On Friday 11 june a new series starts on Ned. 1: a movie-of-choice. Everybody can vote for one of three listed movies. They will be three different movies every Friday.
In this first episode, one of the three choices is Purple Rain. You are able to to vote for your favorite film of that night from a week in advance: by phone 0909-0061 at 60 cents per minute, or by email at http://www.avro.nl (there was only this url, no email address).



The results will be announced on the same night of the movie, at around 21.00. The movie itself will begin at 21.30. I know there will be at least one vote for Purple Rain.
