While she's in the Twin Cities this week, will she have time to check out any part of the "Prince: A Celebration" tours and parties at Paisley Park? After all, he is one of her principal influences.



"The Purple Rain Tour was the first concert I had ever been to. I still remember that, almost every part of that show," she recalled. "I met him once. He came to our show in Toronto. We talked for a long time; we talked 'til 4, 4:30 in the morning."



What did they talk about?



"Everything. He has a lot to talk about."
