More on Rhonda Smith's Intellipop

Rhonda Smoith's Intellipop CD is out and it is almost a NPG reunion. Sheila E. plays percussion on a couple of cuts, Kirk Johnson co-wrote one, Mike Scott and Kat Dyson contribute some guitar work. It is nice pop jazz with very little funk except for "Life" which does sound like a NPG outtake. Rhonda plays plenty of good bass and sings fairly well - her sexy voice helps the delivery and the back cover photo gives me a boner. If you are not one of these adolescent TLC fan, you might dig it.
