Prince's piano in Derrick Coleman's house

Those of you in the Detoit area: In the Saturday 2/22 Detroit News/Free Press, there is a spread on the house that Philadelphia 76ers' Derrick Coleman owns in suburban Detroit (Whitelake Township). The house is one of two that he owns, and he and his family live here in the summer. Anyway, there is a caption underneath a photo that reads "A Schimel grand piano appears to float in the living room. It is one of only two such pianos in the country". The other piano has to be owned by Prince, nod because the piano looks just like his (this would be the piano that was featured on the Rave Into the Year 2000 special and the one on display during the first and third Celebrations--might have been at the second, too--I wasn't at that one, though).

(American translation:- 'I just counted my dimes and quarters from my dime and quarter piggy-bank, Sixty dollars (approx.) Have I got enough dollars for a Schimel grand piano?)

Derrick Coleman is yet another big man not living up to a ridiculous contract.

I wish I would have none this a few days ago. I saw Derrick Coleman at the airport when the 76ers left Chicago. I would have asked him about it.

The sad part is he might be the best player to come out of Syracuse...at least in the modern era. Pearl Washington, Sherman Douglas, Rony Seikly, Billy Owens, Lawrence Moten, John Wallace all had little impact.
