Restaurant information for summer celebration attendees

Hi everyone,

I have lived in Chanhassen for 20 years, so I
know the ins and outs of the Twin Cities. Before
I say everything about hotels, food, restaurants,
distances, etc... I just want shout out that I am
so willing to answer any specific questions. Just
email me at jilluminate@hotmail.com!

OK... I know that there is a lot of concern for
food and restaurants. The majority of the hotels
that you have all mentioned Chan Inn, Country
Suites, etc are all centrally located in Chanhassen.
Surrounding these hotels are Perkins, Taco Bell,
Wendy's, LeeAnn Chin, Subway, Dominos Pizza,
several Chinese restaurants, Houghlihan's, and a
few other non-chain restaurants. These are ALL
within walking distance! If you're really craving
Mc Donalds that will be just a short car ride.
There are also two supermarket (Festival and Byerlys)
and numerous gas stations for goodies. Oh and the
Target is right by Perkins off of Hwy 5. Which reminds
me... do any of you want actual directions to/from
places?

As for hotels, I think the majority of you guys know
what you're doing so I won't take the time... but
as for camping, there are places to camp but not
very close to Paisley at all. For those interested
in camping, email me. I can let you know of sites.

Now as for the Twin Cities area... well as before
mentioned, Northrup Auditorium is downtown on the
U of M campus in Minneapolis. And there are plenty
of clubs downtown as well. Art exhibits. Plays.
Sports. Take your pick. As for the club scene,
GroundZero has a Wednesday night Prince/prince dance
party.

Anything I'm missing? Let me know. As mentioned before
Chanhassen is a southwest suburb and it's on the outskirts
of country life, but the city itself has plenty of
accommodations for ya all.
