I have not seen any news on the Rave un2 the year 2000 release, so I thought you might be interested in this. I work in the Free Record Shop in the Netherlands and our weekly memo mentions the release on DVD and VHS on May the 8th (no further information given). Although this will not probably not happen (to soon, should have been instore already), the release is in our computer which normally means that it is on sale within two weeks, prices are 39.95 and 59.95 in guilders which is normal.
