In the March 2000 issue of MixMag (with Madonna on cover),
there is a one page article/interview with up and coming
artist 'Romanthony' where Prince is mentioned three times.



Twice in the article and once by Romanthony. The first
mention is when the new album of Romanthony's called,
'R.Hide In Plain Site' is described as "supercharged by
Romanthony's Prince-style vocals". The second Princely
mention is about Romanthony's travel life, "The globe-
trotting lifestyle can be a passport to Prince-style
perviness."



Where it gets GOOD is when Romanthony speaks out on Prince.
The paragraph reads, "Romanthony, a singer and multi-
instrumentalist, is flattered by comparisons to Prince,
although says he's hardly a fan of the purple loon's 90's
albums. "I threw' em out!" he says."



So, there you have it. I thought it was worth a mention.
I wonder whose idea was the "loon" part?
