Norwegian newspaper compares Romanthony to Prince

The Norwegian newspaper Verdens Gang wrote about Romanthony's "R. Hide in plain
site" on saturday 1. of April. This is the Prince-related part (pls excuse any
wrong-spelling in my translation):

"Since the original stopped making exciting records, there has popped up a new
Prince every second month. Here's another one, Anthony Moore - aka Romanthony.
The original is minimized to a symbol, but his soul lives in future
artist-generations. ..... The voice sounds like the best we've heard from
the small genius from Minneapolis. Romanthony also uses alot of the classic
Prince-abbrevations"

In the same article the sound of Romanthony's album is also compared with
D'Angelo's "Voodoo".

On a personal note, I feel Norwegian journalists have "written off" Prince as a
major star of today. They see him as a star of the eighties which has
influenced alot of today's music but he himself will never make any impact on
future charts.
