The Artist was mentioned on BBC's 'The Food Programme' in the UK.
The presenters visited a Belgian restaurant, which is apparently
a favorite with The Artist and they showed his signature on
the wall. It was signed 'The Artist, Prince'....I assume they
serve vegan food, but I wouldn't bank on it as I'm not sure they
know what vegan food is in Belgium! (no offence to any Belgian vegans out
there!). Whatever I thought it was worth a mention just
so you all know that The Artist still signs his name as Prince.

The BBC TV show was actually "Food & Drink"
(http://www.bbc.co.uk/foodanddrink/) and the people visiting the restaurant
weren't the presenters but two viewers, who spent a culinary weekend in
Brussels.
