Fanzine's Lawyers To Depose Ex-Prince



The Artist is scheduled to be deposed by lawyers for the fanzine Uptown June 25 in New York, according to Alex Hahn, a lawyer for the publication. The musician sued the Swedish zine in February, claiming in part that it had unlawfully used the symbol he uses for a name. Uptown countersued in April, alleging that the musician is attempting to drive the publication out of business with the suit. The Artist's lawyer could not be reached for comment.
