This evening was the kick-off show for Tina Turner's new tour & during one of her costume changes, the backing band and singers (including Gloria Ruben of ER fame) performed in it's entirity Baby I'm A Star... Including breaks, vamps etc... basically the Purple Rain version. It was amazing to see. Now usually backing singers get to do a verse or two of a tune... they got to do THE ENTIRE SONG! Very cool to be in the house to witness that.



Oh, and Tina kicked butt too
