Just a quick note on the party at Paisley on Friday (Saturday) the 10th. Doors opened around 12:30 AM to 35-40 people. At first it appeared to be the usual routine; refreshments and a 50/50 DJ mix of hip-hop and the Man. Sometime shortly after 1 AM, however, a screen was set up and a tape was started. What followed appeared to be archive footage of the Act I tour playing Los Angeles, April 1993. Remarkable soundboard audio,though the video was single shot camcorder with slightly misbalanced light levels. Presumably for personal use, it was at times out of focus and washed out on closeups, but quite clear and enjoyable. As to the performance itself, it was clearly an "on" night, the Man's singing, dancing, and guitar work in full effect throughout. The segment began with Let's Go Crazy and included Kiss, When You Were Mine, Irresistible Bitch, She Always in My Hair, Insatiable, Scandalous and Gett Off. Overall a great document of a great performance.
