I got the HTML chat working again, at least temporarily. Note that it might be moving to a new server in the not too distant future, which will mean some scheduled downtime. And, I'm not too confident in the NEW (used) harddrive I put in the chatserver to replace the dead one... but go ahead and bang on it for now
