"One Nite Alone . . . Live" avaliable in Norway

Bought "One Nite Alone . . . Live" in Platekompaniet in Oslo yesterday. Cost me 550 norweigan Kroner, about 77 dollars . . .

The piano album is NOT in the box.

the piano cd was never intended to be in the box anyway.
Only with members that joined after the piano cd was sent the first time (which they obviously missed for not being members at the time)
So... it was only a sort of belated shipment together with the new one (the box set) to members.
