Thursday, February 24, 2000, the day after the 42nd Grammy
awards, Santana was on Access Hollywood. He was asked how
did it feel to tie Michael Jackson's record (Thriller) winning
eight Grammy's. Santana responded the Grammy wins now gives
him the opportunity to do a collaboration with Michael Jackson and
The Artist (Prince) and have Quincy Jones produce it.



This came out of Santana's mouth so it's no rumor. Just
getting these four people together would be a miracle. I think
Prince respects Santana enough to agree on a collaboration.
