I was fortunate enough to hang out with the Time after their show tonight and got to talk to Jerome for about 15 minutes. he said that the had a NEW ALBUM in the can and Its "FUNKY". I asked if he they had a release date and he said no. I also asked what label it would be on and he said it would be on an independent, but was not more specific
