I'm against any violence especially violence against women around the world but when you have women like Mayte, Whitney Housten, Pamela Anderson, the list goes on and on where they keep running back to their men is pretty pathetic and how to sympathize. There are ways of getting out and of course it is dangerous till the point of many women going on protection programs to save their lives. But these are women that I believe do have a place to go and could hire bodyguards and have law enforcement in a jiffy, etc. These are women that know their men's history and still go to them. Do they actually think that the man will change because of who they are?!!! It's not that easy and does not happen overnight!

As for Mayte, she was very young with Prince and I believe (just my opinion) he did have a "Svengli" thing going with her but I believe she's at fault too because she knew what she was getting into with Prince along with many women who got involved with him and knew his "womanzing" ways. But going from Prince to Tommy Lee is like coming out of the frying pan and into the fire. How dumb can you be, to know that he won't be abusive in the future.
