If ever there were any doubt that a pop star Prince is a
complete fruitcake, (I like fruitcakes) his latest antics
at Top Of The Pops should convince everyone.
The diminutive singer was at the show’s Elstree studios to
record an appearance for later in the year and,just like
Latin star Ricky Martin, he insisted on bringing his own
lighting crew after he deemed that the ones provided by
TOTP were too harsh and unflattering.
Other artists in the studios at the time, including pop
acts Scooch and S Club 7, (one hit wonders) were told not
to ask for his autograph. The fact that none of them wanted
it was ignored. (So the reporter suggests)
But, best of all, the bands were requested to gaze straight
ahead and not look him in the eye if they saw Prince coming
towards them. (who really wants Scooch and S Club7 looking
at them anyway?). As he makes Kylie Minogue looks
statuesque, I’d have thought making eye contact was pretty
hard for most people.(good things come in small packages ).



My opinion: I take it she doesn't like Prince, someone got
out of bed the wrong side that morning.(What makes you
think she wants a job at the national enquirer?) LOL
