I got mine its sweet. a total of 4 cds; 2 live cds 1 aftershow and 1 form Prince playing the paino. reveived mine on Wed, Nov 27, 2002 at 12:30 pm

I know he's a legendary Beatle and all, but he ain't nowhere near as funky and fun as Prince.

The only thing I have to complain about were the expensive aftershow club-gigs in Paris and Rotterdam (that I wouldn´t have attended anyway) but it was just unfair to charge members who should have gotten in for free.

I am happy that is putting this set out and reading some of the reviews it appears that a lot of the members are also happy. In addtion, the year is not over until Feb so a additional cd may be coming you never know.

Paul McCartneys song writing since John Lennon died, nuff said. Talk about overated.

maybe we could start a discussion about what we actually see as "worth it" about the npgmc. each person surely has a different perspective about this. i see it as worth it, because of what the club offers as opposed to what other "musicians" offer. the opportunity for concert tickets only becomes a bummer, when he chooses not to come to our town, or within driving distance. but we always have the choice to go to where the shows are. maybe one thing they could do next year would be to give the npgmc members from a given town, the opportunity for tix before even the rest of the npgmc, and before everyone else. and i agree that the cd's promised should be the cd's given, and if it changes we should be notified. and maybe a more precise schedule as to when the cd's will be shipped, so we can look forward to something. but hey, my opinion is just one, and we all know what opinions are like, so i will just close by saying if the club is not worth it to u, don't re-join, and if it is then rejoin, but either way, flood the npgmc with emails, instead of posting the gripes here, email them with your complaints and eventually they will have to listen, there are obviously enough of u out there who are unhappy.. unite, and make them hear u...peace out

Prince is A-list in my music collection-
he makes himself rare enough-I preferred to be a member this year..Prince seems to listen to fan wishes-I entered
a desire for him to perform more acoustic-guitar &/or piano
on a survey form he had listed pre-Crystal Ball...he fulfilled those BOTH, most kindly. A big thrill for me is to receive the live stuff as a Christmas present! Happy New Year and many more, thank you Prince. If you are unfulfilled, why come here?

Got mine 2day!! haven't had time 2 listen 2 it 2day (with school and rehearsal but what I did hear I liked!!! How is it that "Joy In Repetition" and "We do This" on the 3rd disc 2 B the funkiest thang I've heard all YEAR!?! It's Ludacris 2 think that we R new 2 this!!!

I RECEIVED MY BOX SET TODAY. GOD IS GOOD. I PICTURED MYSELF SITTING IN THE FRONTROW AGAIN IN ATLANTA. I STILL GET CHILLS. IF U HAVEN'T GOTTEN YOURS YET, LET ME SAY, "U WILL BE VERY PLEASE" GIRLS AND BOYS LOVE GOD ABOVE. THANK U PRINCE FOR THE GIFT.
