I went to a concert of the Dutch band Funketeers yesterday in the club De Paap in the city of The Hague (Den Haag). To my suprise Miko Weaver (ex Prince guitarist) was the sixth bandmember. Later on I heard that he perfomes with them once in a while when they have a gig (wich is not that often). Among other funk and soul songs they played the following Prince / 0(+> tracks: Somebody's somebody, The rest of my life, Make believe, I'll do anything, Mutiny, Nothing compares 2 U, Jerk out and Gett off. During the break between the two sets a few Time tunes were played over the stereo. It was a nice night, nothing spectacular but interesting enough for 'fans' of Da Man to check out sometime.
