"Back home in Paris, the son of an architect/builder and
pharmacist, MORVAN heard only the top English and American
artists of the day on the radio when he was growing up:
Queen, Pat Benatar, The Eagles, AC/DC, the Jackson Five and
Bob Marley. It wasn't until he visited the U.S. that he
discovered Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, and Ike and Tina
Turner. Upon his move to Germany at age 18, MORVAN was
introduced to the rap of Whodini and RUN DMC, along with
Prince, the Gap Band, Parliament-Funkadelic and Sly and
the Family Stone."
