The Swedish chain Åhléns has their annual sale on CDs and music right now, and among other things, you can find Purple Rain DVD for only 100 SEK! I just had to get it. No notable extras on the disc though, just subtitles and scene selection. Oh, yeah, I almost forgot -- there is also the choice of a German soundtrack on the disc... Quite bizzare to hear Prince speak German (and yeah, I know it's not really Prince...).

In Germany you can easily find this DVD (new,still sealed) for EURO 14.99...

Its price does not matter- to see PR in DVD quality and in Dobly Digital 5.0 is a must!
