France Aftershow

The places for this show are sold in the retail section of the club between october 25 7.00pm to October 26 10.00pm.
But, what a surprise : 100.00$ a place...

I think it's really expensive for one or two hours of concert...

The concert will be at:
le bataclan
50 bld Voltaire
75011 Paris
C U

100 big ones eh ?? not so sure about that. the main gig in dublin was much better than the aftershow. however at le bataclan, every1 will get a free t shirt with stripes on it, a black beret and a bunch of onions, but theres a catch. when prince takes the stage, every1 has to start saying haw hee haw hee haw hee haw, eat some onions and then go on strike !!!

You're now being charged THAT MUCH for just the aftershows? Does membership still have its privileges? I don't think so...

Shows i Europe must cost more to do than those in the US. I saw 2 aftershows for FREE in Los Angeles back in April. Move to the US and stop crying

Well... if there was any logic of justice in the way members r treated, eye guess we would know by now. But eye think if we all keep sending polite emales (eye say polite cuz eye think they don't consider ur opinion if u insult'em, & anyway NPGMC staff r not responsible 4 Prince's decisitions) 2 NPGMC they'll have 2 tell the boss he's losing his fans. But shouldn't we agree on WHAT we would like npgmc 2 b in the future (like, do we want MP3 or CDs ?). 1 thing we ALL agree on, still, is dat we're not millionnaires & aftershow & soundchecks should b free 4 members (i.e. included in the concert tix).

My God, you're an absolute moron. And I couldn't care less about your concert-going. I live in Chicago. There are clearly a number of differences between an asshat such as yourself, & me. For one thing, I have a little compassion for other fans - those abroad - who have to pay extra to see something many U.S. residents got for free. You try to match compassion with unrelenting stupidity - yes, good advice - they should uproot their lives to see a Prince concert. I also have a bit of something you're lacking called common sense - in many of these European countries, the concerts actually cost less than they did here. So how do you rationalize that Prince should charge his European fans twice? You're such an ignorant simpleton.

For a man who calls himself "FACE," you sure talk out of your ass quite a bit.

It is sad to see that the club is losing some of it's 'family values'. If you see what I mean.
yes I am a European member as well, sadly I will not get to see any of these concerts because it doesnt seem that Prince will be doing any concerts in Spain and to be honest I have a family and therefore can not take the expense of going to far.
If on top of this we are now going to charged so much I do not feel that as members we are getting any real priviliges.
The idea of this club is such a good one it would be a shame to spoil it.

There is a high probability for me to go to Holland for the nighttown concert...

Who's going there? I think that there are gonna be special things if the price is high (maybe ONA live given with the tix!!!).

When do you think we should come up to the club, knowing there is a regumar gig before!!!

If anyone coming from holland or else email me at jedi5@wanadoo.fr

i plan to come on sat morning (no hotel bookings since i leave on the sunday!)...

Thanx for the answers...

hasn't there already been some free afterparties/shows in europe already? So why would folx jump all over this as being how the rest of the afterparties will be? Has anyone even thought that maybe this is a charity benifit show? I don't know if it is or not but it sure seems likely.

Shorty I hope you're right with this charity thing... I really think that 100 bucks for an aftershow is ridiculous. But we also have the choice of going or not...and in my case I would never pay that price...unless he got naked of course!

I agree Carrie, 100 bucks is ridiculous for an aftershow..that's why I think it must be for charity, but I dunno really.
skelotonkee,
I'm not sayin' I'm right or not I just mean..geeze think about it! have any of the other aftershows cost anything at all let alone 100 bucks? NO so..it seems pretty obvious to me that this is not your typical aftershow. As far as the perm, don't confuse what you'd use the money for, with what Prince might want it for. wink
err
anyone remember the love4oneanother charity tour? this sounds just like one of those events...but like skeleton so eloquently pointed out...I'm just speculating like everyone else. rolleyes

I think that the price for the Aftershow in Paris was a special event, maybe charity, because in Sweden and in Denmark the aftershow was free for NPG-members.Or maybe the person who wrote about the aftershow in the first place got it wrong. 100 dollars is what the concert ticket cost when you buy it from the NPG-club and it says clearly on the same page (at NPG-Music club) that the ticket that you buy from NPG club, when you are a member includes, soundcheck and free entrance to the aftershow.
