PRINCE is eagerly house hunting In Britain I hear. The funky little fella Is to fork out three million notes for a property a posh London pad.
Prince's aides have been told to make discreet enquiries about several exclusive properties. A source close to the star said: "It's true. He's looking for somewhere to buy here. "He's long been considering buying somewhere this side of the Atlantic and he's decided that now Is the time.
"He particularly likes Kensington and Chelsea for access to Heathrow Airport:' Prince, 44, who is midway through a sell-out European tour, said: "I've always had a soft spot for the UK" He'll join a host of yanks who have homes in London including Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow and Bill Clinton fancies an Oxfordshire retreat

Well... if he would give about 10 more of those aftershows "exclusively"(ahem) for the "fams"/"members" for just a measily 100$... his royal shortness (in cash) will be on the right way of buying yet another mansion. Maybe he could do some more aftershows in London and sell tickets for 200$ ... then he can easily make a pre-payment on the mortgage.

Actually, the Daily Mirror also printed their own version of this story today, saying that Prince is moving to England to be closer to the niece of some old movie star (forgot his name, sorry), who he has been dating whilst he was on tour.

But, is Prince not married? He is also a Jehovah's Witness so surely he would stay monogamous?

Could be true. London is VERY hip to the rich and famous these days. Dave Grohl recently said he wanted to move here. Dunno why.

oh boy this is good. I can see it now Prince with his purple dressing gown on and slippers sitting down just in time to watch Eastenders (cup of tea in hand as well of course).

On the one hand, Prince has always been a big success in Europe, which goes again to prove the lack of support for him here in the states, which seemingly has existed since the name change period - eccentricity has always seemed like such a pathetic reason to not like someone anymore. People ask me which side of my family has the eccentric people on it, and I say, "Yeah."

No matter where the musical Prince "parks" himself,
he'll make more music...and he'll make it available to the world. What's the fuss about, huh?
Britain seems even more brutal as far as culling gossip than here in the US.
