I was watching the Sydney Australian year 2000 countdown on CNN internation this morning and was delighted to see that when the clock struck 12 and the fireworks display was set off, Lets Go Crazy was played over the speakers (in Sydney Harbour) in it's entirety to kick off the new year! They played snaches of other classic songs first, but then played Lets Go Crazy from front to back whilst the fireworks display was still going off, cool huh ?
