Tori Ruffin, Guitarist for the Time, musical directs every Tuesday at platnium Live in LA a comedy music jam. The Legendary Stevie Wonder sat in with Sheila E, with her legendary father Pete. They did a couple of salsa inspired grooves with the esconvedo family which was amazing.Tori took a blazing Latin Jazz Solo followed by Sheila and Pete's virtuostic percussion, and drum duet.Then Stevie arrived and brought the house down! That Girl Signed Sealed and All I dowas the closer.To witness Stevie up close and personel, was jaw dropping mindboggling experience, a true genius at work! Tommy was great, Jamie fox showed up and Maurice White was hanging in the vip and the night was truly magical.I also enjoyed seeing Tori stretch out in other musical idioms, he is truly one of the silent heroes!
