This might sound harsh, but Mayte is a think of the past. She is gone. No longer Prince related. A skanky HO. Its about time Mayte articles were not printed here. Mayte now has about as much relevence to Prince as Michael Jackson has to the Anti Plastic Surgery Coalition.

She looked like she's aged 15 years since leaving Prince. Time has not been kind to her. Cool to watch though.

I hate to admit it, but Mayte does look much older. Seeing her with Tommy, I got the impression that she's trying hard to.. "accept" her life now (with him.) Of course, none of us could ever really know this, but I believe that if Mayte had the chance (or if it were her choice)
I think she would have chosen to stay with "Knucklehead" (my pet name for Prince.)

I have nothing against Tommy Lee-
& goodness knows, Prince is no perfect angel either-
but in terms of men, Mayte's taken a BIG step down.

Yeah, she definitely looks like she's aged at least 5 years..
& Tommy hasn't even started beating on her yet!

If you check out her pictures online she looks pretty good. She hasn't been wearing much makeup when she's not doing photo shoots or whatever, so maybe that's why she didn't look as good.

She looked very happy to me. Did you notice she had Expressions now unlike before? She was free to talk and didn't have to ask her Daddy for permission first. Now that's what I call free.

BTW 5 years ago I looked 5 years younger as well. Unfortunately we can't stay young forever.

Did you see the part where Mayte was wanting the dick but Tommy wanted to go out. It's funny to think that this is the same girl that Prince dug so much. Go from one guy who who doesn't swear any more to Tommy where the f-word is every other word.
You think Mayte and Tommy ever talk about Prince and or his music or perhaps style differences?
Not that it really matters, but those thoughts were going through my head as I watched this.

saw the vh1 special and thought Mayte looked very happy and beautiful, it was good 2 c her laughing and joking around, u never saw her doing that when she was with P. have nothing against my little Prince still him and always will but we all know that he can b a little controlling sometimes and mayb Tommy treats her a little better.

I caught most of the special myself and I thought Mayte came off as just another one of Tommy's groupie tramps. It was sad to me to see her like that being that when we first seen her she was a little more classy looking. Tommy Lee is a scumbag. I can say that because I used to work on his ex's show VIP and I saw the way he treated Pam. Also to me it looks like Mayte is on drugs of some kind,I feel bad for her...golddigger!

We are all older now. Mayte is still beautiful.

When Mayte was with Prince, there was mystery about her because there is always mystery about Prince.
Now that she's with Tommy Lee, all the mystery is gone. She is just another rock star groupie. Nothing special about her at all. She can't sing, her dancing will wither with age, and she'll be another old groupie hag doing shows like Montel Williams and Maury Povich talking about her younger days fucking famous men.
And that's the name of that tune.
After seeing the show, I'm truly glad Prince and Mayte divorced. Prince deserves MUCH better. Hopefully, he found it in Manuella.

There was one Prince reference that I caught, I think. It's when Tommy is going to several different interviews and is being asked all kinds of ridiculous questions... it makes him hate going to interviews and he says, "You know, some artists refuse to do interviews. They get questions like that and they say, 'Forget it! I ain't doing another interview.' I think I want to do that." I'm only paraphrasing. But it did seem like he was thinking of Prince when he said that. I'm positive that Tommy has asked Mayte about Prince a million times.

CarrieLee, I'm a Prince fan. Not a Mayte fan or a Tommy Lee fan. Naturally, I'm gonna take Prince's side, unless I see evidence, ie., police reports, etc. that Prince did something horrible or criminal. I don't wish Mayte any ill will, I just think she's made a horrible choice. And after seeing the show, I'm inclined to stick with my opinion. Mayte's a grown woman and if she's happy with TL, cool. My opinions, and everyone else's, are just that, opinions.
My question to you is, why do you stick up so vehemently for TL and Mayte and slam Prince, on a Prince fan site? I don't go to Mayte sites and slam her or Tommy Lee sites and slam him.

Very interesting documentary on Tommy Lee and Mayte. Vh1 should do some more documentary shows on other famous people.

I get aggravated with all the Mayte/Tommy bashing. People clearly hate her because she is Prince's ex. Why can't people be happy for both Prince AND Mayte? Whether she's an ex or not?
