Prince plays on one track on the next Maceo album. The album will be available in march through Cream Records, a division of Sony Music Europe. I heard an advance CD sampler this morning and the song is indeed ver funky. It's a Maceo JB's-flavoured kinda track and Prince can be clearly heard singing and playing blistering guitar. The guys at the record company also told me that there are no plans for Maceo to tour with Prince and that the new year's eve performance will just be a one-off gig.
