D'angelo discusses Prince in online chat

D'Angelo just finished his on-line chat at Launch.com There were quite a
few mentions of prince and his music. Here are the questions (Q) and
D'Angelo's answers (D). And for all you D'Angelo fans, the album's release
date is now January 25, 2000 (according to D'Angelo).

Q: What was the most memorable moment of your career?
D: Playing The Ballad of Dorothy Parker with Prince.

Q: D'Angelo, are you going to do a project with Prince?
D: It's definitely in the making.

Q: What 5 CDs are in your stereo right now?
D: What Time Is It? & Parade

Q: Are you gonna have those 'B-sides' that you don't put on an album
like the Artist?
D: Yes.

Q: How did you feel when you met Prince? Did you ask him a lot
of questions?
D: Yeah, I did. I wanted to ask him everything but ended up not
asking him much. He talked more than I thought he would.

Q: What's your favorite unreleased prince song, and your favorite
unreleased d'angelo song?
D: Favorite Prince unreleased is Movie Star. And my favorite is
FunkE Motion.

Q: Are you feelin' that "Man O War" cut off The Artist's Rave Un2
The Joy Fantastic? It seems like your style...
D: Oh yeah, I'm feelin' that song! Yes.
