EW&F, Davis, Clapton, Raitt given the go to enter The Hall



Earth Wind & Fire, Eric Calpton, and Bonnie Raitt have been
given the go ahead to enter the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame & Museum
in my hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. That is, of course, after
they are inducted in a ceremony on Monday, 6 March 2000, in New
York City's Waldorf Astoria Hotel. VH1 will carry the broadcast.



Clive Davis (who?? -- just kidding), will also be enshrined in
the non-performer category. Maybe this will put those fears and
rumours to rest about Davis being forced out at Arista. ...
