Sain (Australia) reviews Rave

THE FREE PUBLICATION "SAIN" DISTRIBUTED IN SANITY STORES HAS THE FOLLOWING REVIEW IN DECEMBER ISSUE.

'' Before you listen to each new The Artist album, you always wonder if this'll be the one to hear the genius return to form,. One listen to this new album and you'll realise you'll probably never get to revisit the consistency of yesteryear, but there are some shining glimpses of his genius thatare well worth checking out. The title track is a funky lil' jam, whilst the current single "TGRES" is a slinky midtempo which is a very welcomed return to form. Gwen Stefani duets on the rock/pop of "Sofar so pleased" whilst Sheryl Crow makes an appearance on "Baby knows". THe album also contains a cover of Crow's "EVeryday is a winding road", whilst Ani DI FrAnco plays guitar on the acoustic ballad. Another album highlight is the mid-paced "Wherever u go".
