`MIXOLOGY': VH1 calls it an ``audiovisual video montage series.'' Premiering
Saturday at noon EDT, ``Mixology'' is a weekly roller-coaster ride through
the past and present of pop music and pop culture. Fast-paced segments blend
music and imagery from music videos and juxtapose historical events and
cultural icons in unpredictable ways. Segments in the premiere episode
include a high-energy montage of video hits mixed with scenes from classic
videos, and a look back at 1984: Ronald Reagan and ``Gremlins'' mix with Van
Halen and Cyndi Lauper. Plus a four-minute video tribute to The Artist
Formerly Known As Prince.
