In an interview where readers send in questions to ask musicians, Tim Wheeler of UK band Ash was asked:

Time, is it true that you have a complex about your height?
TW: [Shocked] No! I'm 5'6", but I think it's compulsory for rock'n'roll people to be short. The shorter you are the better you are, that's why Prince is such a genius.

Cool! I love Ash, and it's good to hear they like Prince too! Although, anyone saying nice things about Prince is always a good thing.

I seen Ash at the David Bowie show..opps I mean Area2! They are real tight and I have always like Tim's ability to write good music. Cool that he digs P.music, I think a lot more musicians that play new rock/punk are influenced by the purple one.
