Both The Sun and The Mirror ran stories in england today claiming to report on Prince's friday (13th Sept) visit to a restaurant in london.
To me the pics don't look like Prince - anyone have any firm info on this?

It looks like the guy who "did" Prince in the celebrity-impersonations show Stars In Their Eyes a while back to me,this aint the first time The Sun has ran a story about Prince and printed this other guys photo either ...

I've checked the actual newspapers at at close range you can tell that it isn't him.

It is a nice bit of publicity however.

It proves he's still a big draw over here in the UK if they publish pictures of somebody who happens to look like him eating in a restaurant.

The Sun's Dominic Mohan was very kind again (he made a complimentary reference to Prince's ONA London shows last week). I certainly think he'll be covering the London dates.

On a serious note, I have emailed NPG Music Club, to seek any form of official confirmation. As i am a fully paid NPG Member, i live in hope that i might just get a response. I will post some details should i get some.

I will say that although this photo does look like Prince to a degree, something does look different. I am asking questions.

Actually, the picture in the Daily Mirror does look like Prince. But they make no mention of him being with anybody. The first picture, in the Sun, is definitely not Prince.

I think the one with the model id DEFINATELY NOT prince! the one where he's with the hat turned sidesways COULD B...? the whole story sounds bogus tho. 1st, Prince is adamant on NO PICS. i dont believe the papparazzi could make it thru 12 bodyguards! then to yell about the guy having a gun...dont seem like prince. he's not that hyper or paranoid. if by chance it DID take place?, i can understand why he'd have acted like that!!! no question! i never heard of him having a private jet either!plus, he hasnt been seen with anoher woman but mani (except who he works with) since his marriage. then they say he is obsessed with this rather plain looking woman. huh??? if i were prince he should sue these people. i dont think its publicity in the manner required that he needs. if anything, its awful! especally the pics and woman! this is not funny! go 4 it prince, as they, more than the fans that u sue(d) are really in need of a lesson. I can tell. I have seen him up close and have also seen impersonators up close.
He could have a decoy like Queen Amidahla in Star Wars Episode I -- like in the "7" video where there is a doll of him -- kind of like a decoy kind of situation.
